International Delivery Information

We work with established global carriers and logistics partners to dispatch orders from our distribution centers to destinations worldwide. Shipments are handled with care and appropriate documentation to support customs clearance and successful delivery.

Customs & Import Requirements

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes and other entry requirements set by destination country authorities. These requirements and any resulting decisions are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable. We provide accurate commercial documentation to facilitate clearance, but cannot control customs processes.

Packaging & Handling

Items are packaged to protect them against normal handling and transit stresses. Fragile or high-value products receive additional cushioning and reinforced packaging when appropriate. Please inspect packages upon receipt and retain packaging and labels if a claim is required.

Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Most shipments include tracking information that is posted to the order once a parcel has been dispatched. Tracking enables you to monitor progress and provides proof of delivery where the carrier records a signature or delivery confirmation.

Insurance & Damage Claims

Shipments may be covered under carrier liability or optional insurance depending on declared value and service selection. In the event of loss or damage, keep all packaging, delivery paperwork and photos; note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery record where possible and follow the claims procedure provided in our returns and claims policy.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

Certain goods are restricted or prohibited from international transport by law (for example: hazardous materials, some batteries, regulated chemicals and items restricted by destination rules). Attempting to ship prohibited items may result in seizure, return to sender or other enforcement actions. Restricted items may require special documentation or packaging to be accepted.

Returns & Cross-Border Returns

Return instructions and eligibility are governed by the returns policy linked to each order. For international returns, follow the returns workflow provided with your order and ensure accurate customs declarations for returned goods. Returned items should be packaged securely and include required documentation.

Sender & Recipient Responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate delivery information at checkout, including recipient name and local delivery instructions, to reduce delivery issues. The sender is responsible for correct customs declarations. Recipients may be required to provide additional information or documentation to clear shipments through customs as determined by local authorities.

Carrier Selection & Delivery Exceptions

We select carriers based on reliability and service coverage for each destination. Carriers may impose delivery exceptions for reasons such as customs holds, incomplete address information, local regulations or extreme weather. If an exception occurs, the carrier or order tools will provide status details and next steps.

Loss Prevention & Security

We employ secure dispatch procedures, verified packaging and reputable logistics partners to minimize risk. High-value shipments may receive enhanced handling safeguards to reduce exposure to theft or misrouting.

This information provides a general overview of international delivery practices. Specific carrier requirements, documentation and customs procedures may vary by destination; please consult the order details in your account for shipment-specific tracking and guidance.
